Universal GTV Onsite Technician Policy (PLEASE READ)

Technicians are available to assist all subscribers with the setup and troubleshooting of the service. Video chat is the primary method of providing support that is free of charge to the subscriber. Any home visit requested thereafter will incur an $80 service charge, which must be paid prior to the appointment.


Additionally, the technician is required to fully configure up to two (2) firesticks. Any request to set up additional firesticks will cost $10 for each firestick.
